
Sonja M. Elia is the Operations Director for Salvus Wealth Management. She is located in the Jacksonville, Florida, office and is responsible for the behind the scenes daily operations and process management for the organization. Sonja has both an advisory and broker-dealer background and has 25 years of both client relationship and operations experience.
Sonja graduated from the University of North Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Leadership. She holds the Series 65 licensure, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations.
Elia has volunteered her time with Junior Achievement as a classroom financial literacy teacher, as a Girl Scout Troop leader, with Hearts, Hands and Hoofs a therapeutic horse riding program for children with muscular disorders, as a foster for neo-natal kittens and puppies for Safe Animal Shelter and recently added the title of puppy raiser for K-9s for Warriors.
She and her children live in Fleming Island. Her hobbies include horseback riding, enjoying beautiful Florida beaches and trying to keep up with her active children.
